Facilities Strategic Plan--COPs

On August 24, 2001, the Board of Supervisor's approved our Strategic Facilities Plan and directed us to draft a funding plan to implement the Strategic Plan. In December 2001, the Board approved the Funding Plan--knows a Certificates of Participation (COP's). This documents below represent that plan.
